Trans people are not well advised to come here! A letter of recommendation is not enough to get hormone treatment. The doctor insists on several expert opinions, which haven't been necessary at most practices for a long time. Furthermore, you'll be asked truly degrading questions that have absolutely nothing to do with the issue, especially since the man himself stated beforehand that he isn't a psychiatrist. For questions about one's love life, that's what a psychiatrist is for. Definitely not recommended.
