Both the medical assistants and the doctor, Dr. Kassner, were very friendly. We felt completely at ease during our skin cancer screening and the removal of a suspicious mole. And no, we're not private patients 😉 I was able to drop in yesterday because I was a little worried about the scar, and I didn't have to wait and was immediately reassured. Waiting a few months for a screening appointment is just part of the process. It's nice to be glad you have to wait because it's not an emergency!

Until today, I was really very satisfied with the practice. But only until today, after my follow-up appointment. I've been there several times before, there's hardly any waiting time, and I've had laser treatments under my nose twice, for a fee, of course. Today I had another check-up to see if the laser treatment was successful. According to the super nice young doctor, everything was fine, so I made an appointment for skin cancer screening. At reception, it was made very clear to me that I would only get an appointment if I paid for the photo documentation; otherwise, no. I refused this out-of-pocket service, so I didn't get an appointment either; I was told to go to a general practitioner. As great as this practice may be, it's not about helping or healing, but only about making money. What a shame.

Over two hours of waiting, then an extremely disrespectful conversation. I was barely listened to, I didn't feel taken seriously, and I felt personally disadvantaged. Instead of medical assistance, I was indirectly advised to simply leave after the long wait. No treatment, no explanation, no vaccination recommendation. Such behavior is unacceptable. Not recommended.
