Dr. Heer is a highly competent dentist who perfectly executes the services she offers. The practice staff is also incredibly friendly. My veneers are fantastic, and she does such work flawlessly. We are also very satisfied with the children's oral hygiene program, preventative care, and consultations. My son received an anesthetic injection as a small child and didn't even notice it. I can also confirm that the anesthetic injections are administered painlessly and effectively. So, if you're a little afraid of needles, this is the place for you. You don't even see the injection. That's quite an art. We are also very happy with the braces treatment.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience with the on-call dental service. This practice was the only one listed as the emergency service for the entire county. Due to acute tooth pain in our 13-year-old child, we tried several times to reach the listed emergency number – but no one answered. Even when we arrived, despite the advertised on-call hours, no one was there, no sign, no call forwarding, and no answering machine. We ultimately had to go to the dental clinic. Especially when a practice is the sole emergency service for a large region, at the very least, they should be reachable or provide information for patients.
