My family doctor is M. Schaper, and I truly appreciate him. He is friendly, professional, and an excellent doctor. I have no issues at all with him. However, my experience with the reception staff has been quite disappointing. On several occasions, they have spoken to me in a rude manner, which makes communication unpleasant. I believe that patients should be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism at the reception, as it sets the tone for the whole visit.
