Yesterday I got a balayage treatment, but unfortunately, the result isn't satisfactory. They didn't even use a hair serum after blow-drying, and now my hair is very brittle. Even though I told the hairdresser a million times that I didn't want my hair to turn orange, but rather a lighter color, she assured me that it wouldn't have any orange tones. Unfortunately, everyone told me afterward that my hair didn't look good, and I was very disappointed with the result as well. I feel really frustrated.

Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with my visit. I had to pay extra for a balayage because of supposedly long hair, even though my hair only reached about 5 cm past my shoulders, is very thin, and was already completely bleached. Despite this, I was charged extra, which I felt was unjustified. In the end, they mainly just colored my roots, and I personally don't think the result was done neatly. They also gave me a haircut, which I'm not at all happy with – the ends are uneven and my hair looks frayed. I found the communication particularly problematic: I was cut and colored by someone who couldn't speak German. That's not a problem in itself – but no translation was arranged. My wishes weren't properly understood: - The desired hair color wasn't clearly discussed. - I wanted very light curtain bangs at the front for the cut, but explicitly stated that I didn't want any layers. -> Despite this, I now have clearly visible and poorly done layers. After my complaint, I was offered a free correction, but my appointment request for January was never answered, which I find very disappointing. Overall, I felt I wasn't given proper advice and wasn't taken seriously – especially considering the price. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon.

I had a great experience at this barbershop! Only waited 10 minutes before Sharla, the master, gave me an excellent haircut. The atmosphere was welcoming, and Sharla was attentive and skilled. I left feeling fresh and stylish, definitely coming back next time! Highly recommend!
