It's absolutely outrageous that you can't reach the practice by phone at all and that there's no response to the contact form! How do you expect people to make an appointment? Do you have to come to the practice in person now? It's truly unacceptable!

I agree with the other comments that the doctors are very good, and the receptionists are also very nice. However, the fuss required to get an appointment is incomprehensible. I've been a patient for years and am undergoing breast cancer follow-up treatment. The last appointment I was supposed to have was in September of last year. It had to be canceled because I couldn't get an appointment. So I wanted to make another appointment this summer. I was then told that Dr. Vogel was on vacation, that they couldn't schedule any appointments, and that I should contact them after his vacation. I contacted them after my vacation, and now I'm being told the next available appointment is on January 6th. I think that the January 6th appointment could have been scheduled in June without all this hassle. Writing: "Dr. Vogel is on vacation, we cannot schedule you for the next few months"—what does his vacation in June or July have to do with appointments in October, November, December, or January? I'm sorry, but these appointment scheduling problems seem very much self-inflicted. I'm almost certain there's a computer program that could do that. I wouldn't mind at all, because this appointment scheduling interaction is an absolute nightmare.

Hello, first of all, I have to say that the doctors are very nice and competent. The receptionists are also very nice. However, I unfortunately have to say that no matter what day or time you call, you almost never get through to anyone. This is obviously very inconvenient if you need to cancel an appointment at short notice or clarify something beforehand. I hope it will improve.
