Good service, But unfortunately, the salon is a bit dated and lacks that feel-good factor. On the other hand, the price-performance ratio is good; even after the coronavirus pandemic, it's still possible to get a men's haircut for under €30 that's not run-of-the-mill. So, all in all, 4 stars - 1 for the atmosphere

I'd rather not give this place any stars at all! I went to this hairdresser to get a balayage. First, she applied a toner (my hair is already very dark and has been toned several times in the past), so I found it very questionable why she did a toner first. Afterward, she added a few highlights. Then, that evening, I had to wash my hair myself because the toner hadn't even been rinsed out properly. I also asked for a trim, but she cut off about 8 cm. The next day, I went back to the salon to get some of my money back, and she rudely told me she'd forgotten to charge me for the toner and that she still owed me amount X (after I'd already paid a lot for an undesirable result)!!! She also accused me of going there to test her out and write a bad review (which isn't true). I'm beyond shocked by this statement. So, all in all, never again and absolutely not recommended!!!! I'm well aware that you don't always get a 100% perfect result, but it doesn't even look remotely like it, and she didn't apply the work involved in a balayage; she just added highlights. That's definitely not balayage!
