When I asked how high the rental income would be if the property were fully let, he said I could get between €3,500 and €4,000 per month with Ukrainian tenants, but I should forget that immediately. After Mr. Terzi addressed me informally, I did the same. He then asked me how long we had known each other since we were on a first-name basis. When I asked if there was a fixed price, he responded by asking if I could even afford it.
