We ate at this restaurant. We had wild boar schnitzel and a Wiener Schnitzel with Krombacher beer. Everything was excellent. The portions were large and delicious. The service was very friendly and helpful.

A very nice lady who patiently waited for us to check in, even though we were significantly late. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downsides were the blankets, which were a bit short. The room was very cold, and the heating, even though it was set to three, was cold. Probably because it's turned off at night. That was still a bit unfortunate, but there were additional blankets besides the duvets. The price/performance ratio was good.

We ate at Gasthaus Gombel for the first time in a long while. The ambiance is rather rustic with lots of stuffed animals, but that's a matter of taste. The dining room was quite noisy. The food was delicious and plentiful. The meat was very tender and of good quality. The service was very pleasant and friendly, but unfortunately, the drinks service was rather limited. Ordered drinks repeatedly failed to reach our table, and the staff could easily have sold us two or three times as many. That was a real shame! The prices are very reasonable; we paid less than €90 for four adults. I can't comment on the rooms. This certainly won't be the last time we eat here. The food more than makes up for it.
