I've been a customer for decades now, ever since the salon was still located in Wetzlar's old town. After years of searching for the right stylist, always ending up looking different than I wanted, I finally found professional expertise and excellent service there. As a man, I find the prices perfectly reasonable. The salon is clean, in a beautiful location, the atmosphere is pleasant and bright, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. You often run into familiar faces as customers, which is a good sign that other clients are just as satisfied. There's always a good cup of coffee or a drink available while you wait. There's no assembly-line work here; the wait for meticulous service is well worth it.

Disastrous Permanent Makeup It's been 11 years since I had permanent makeup done at that studio. Unfortunately, the eyeliner didn't turn out very well. This meant that I spent even longer in front of the mirror every morning correcting or concealing the failed eyeliner. And the worst part is that even though it has faded after 11 years, it's unfortunately still very visible. So it still costs me time in the morning. It annoys me that I paid 500 euros for it, and my expectations of a well-groomed look and saving time in the early morning were unfortunately missed.
