A piece of my crown broke off in September 2024. As a private patient, I received a filling at 11:00 AM. Around 4:00 PM, the filling fell out again without me using my teeth, necessitating further treatment (by a different dentist!). When the bill arrived, I emailed the dentist about the poor workmanship. There was no response whatsoever – neither an email reply nor a phone call. With any tradesperson, I would have contacted the Chamber of Industry and Commerce's arbitration board, and this case, given the blatant lack of workmanship (see above) and complete disregard for the patient, should really be handled by the Medical Association! If even the simplest tasks are performed so sloppily and without any willingness to communicate with the patient when problems arise, what will the treatment and handling of more complex issues be like?!? There must be a reason why it's so easy to get an appointment with Ms. Frantz! My conclusion: NEVER AGAIN!!!

A very nice dentist who also considers patients who are afraid of needles. However, I and the rest of my family have now changed dentists because she simply can't do fillings. My fillings, as well as those of my other family members, break out quickly (even after just one week). In my case, the filling was done so poorly that my new dentist wondered who had done it. Unfortunately, one of the fillings was done so poorly that it has now spread to the adjacent tooth, something that could have been prevented with a proper filling.
