I've never had such an unprofessional "manicure" in my life. My nails are crooked, uneven, and have sharp edges. I spent a long time in that salon because I repeatedly asked for improvements. When I got home, I touched them up myself.

Now I've had enough! I've been a customer at this nail salon for 4 years, and it was okay! Nothing more, nothing less! I stayed there out of convenience. I was often hurt while "working"... I just accepted it. Yesterday, late in the afternoon, a nail broke, and I called to see if I could come in as an exception, since I'm working first class today and would like to have well-groomed nails... Unfortunately, the manager was very unfriendly and inflexible, and it wasn't possible to fix one of my nails. Too bad - I'll definitely NEVER be back. I'm going to a nail salon in Mexico City now, and I'm looking forward to it.

I went to Kim, and despite repeated requests, my nails were left thick and crooked. There was no choice of colors, they didn't listen to my wishes, and I was ignored. The work was rough. I won't be coming back.
