I don't understand the negative comments. I've been here three or four times for treatment. The treatment is very friendly, and I'm very satisfied with the professionalism and the wound treatment afterward. Short wait times and very flexible! Perhaps it's because people tend to only complain about things and rarely leave positive feedback.

My 15-year-old son has been receiving treatment there for about three weeks for a broken finger. He has a splint, and we have to go about once or twice a week, even though he says he's not doing anything wrong. I always have to wait in the waiting room. (It's all completely unnecessary!)

Absolutely not recommended!!! My father was referred for an infected finger. The receptionist was unfriendly from the start, with no greeting at all. The doctor came in without even saying hello and began with the question: "Can I speak to you in my language?" – even though my father speaks fluent German. It was disrespectful and discriminatory. Later, when he needed help understanding a medical report, he was yelled at because he sent me a photo of it. We left the practice and thankfully received better treatment elsewhere. This is no way to treat people.
