Fantastic practice, great doctors, and a lovely team! I gladly make the almost hour-long drive. I've never felt so well cared for with my children.

We moved here about a year ago, and I go to this practice with both children and I'm very happy with it. We mostly see Dr. Brink, sometimes Dr. Zakel. As with most doctors, it's difficult to reach by phone, but digital consultations work great. Responses via email are incredibly fast, and they sometimes even offer video consultations if you were there the day before and something has changed. We've been there quite often over the past year :) The reception staff are also very friendly. Thank you very much.

I want to express my deep gratitude to Dr. Tsakel and her entire team! I simply don't understand the negative reviews here – my experience has been entirely positive. I came to Germany a year ago and still don't understand many things, but Dr. Tsakel and her team have always been patient, friendly, and helpful. They treat everyone with respect and don't discriminate between patients. Of course, there are times when the staff is overloaded or things take longer – but why not just be patient instead of writing a bad review because of your own ego and damaging the practice's reputation? I'm so glad I didn't let the reviews influence me and entrusted my children to Dr. Tsakel's care. Thank you so much for your wonderful work!
