Unfriendly staff and doctors! But they recommend all sorts of self-pay examinations, whether they make sense or not! The main thing is that you leave extra money. Stay away – you should actually be glad if you can't get an appointment.

Unfortunately, even this one star is an exaggeration. My follow-up appointment was cancelled one day beforehand due to the doctor's illness (these things happen). Since I'm diabetic, my symptoms should have been investigated as soon as possible, according to my diabetologist. The next appointment was another three months later. They again suggested surgery, which isn't covered by insurance, and my symptoms were largely ignored. At the beginning, I asked if I would receive a report, as I'm a member of the statutory health insurance scheme (KzV). The answer was, "Yes, at the end of the treatment." Unfortunately, I only opened the envelope at home because I thought it contained a current report. It turned out to be something else entirely... it was a copy of the report from spring (the date was even printed on it) and a prescription for corrective lenses, which wasn't discussed at all. I was expecting another current report... the answer was... I have to pay €16.50 for that. As I said, since I'm a member of the statutory health insurance scheme, a report, also for a referral, has to be sent to my general practitioner. I expressed my dissatisfaction by email and today received a letter stating that they will no longer treat me... Well, if you don't pay, you're out... but not with me. The staff were very friendly, at least in the practice.

We highly recommend this outpatient clinic/practice. Everything went very smoothly and thoroughly. From the initial examinations to the cataract surgeries, you can't help but feel very well cared for. Everyone is extremely friendly and attentive to the patients. A huge thank you to the entire team and Dr. Jacobi for the fantastic result, which my mother hadn't even dared to dream of.
