Through many moves, my wife and I have had several primary care doctors. This practice is by far the best and most competent one ever! Very good doctors who really listen to you and take their time. The team is super friendly. It's difficult to reach by phone, but they have an email address, and they always respond quickly and promptly. So I only use email now—which I prefer anyway; I hate talking on the phone :D People are still important here. Thank you 🖤

You often find treasures where you least expect them. This practice is a prime example. If you read the "About Us" section online, every doctor is a consummate diagnostician, up-to-date with the latest technology, and always patient-focused. In reality, things are often different. Not so here! From the initial telephone contact through the diagnostics to the correct diagnosis—everything was flawless. The manager took plenty of time, drew the right conclusions, and was extremely open and personable. Even though my wife was only in the practice as a substitute, she received prompt and professional help. Then she was rushed to the hospital, had surgery, and today I can pick her up! I'd gladly give her ten points. Thank you so much for everything!

I really like the practice, but getting through to someone by phone is almost like winning the lottery. I find that unacceptable... something urgently needs to be done about it.
