RUN AS FAR AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS AGENCY!!!!!! They will ruin your vacation and chase you with some crazy bills that don't make any sense!! Trust me, RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!!! 😡😡

Booked a holiday to Tunisia with these guys. Incorrect room sizes were given to the Hotel - neither hotel or DerTour wanted to fix this problem - both behaving like children. Bus tour organized by DerTour on location was a disaster - extremely overpriced with horrible tour-guide, 3/5 locations chosen to visit were either horrible, irrelevent or obviously a scam to get us to pay more money to his contacts, and it went on too long so we arrived back after lunch had finished at the hotel. - The two good locations we visited, we didn't have enough time to appreciate either, just running through in 35 degrees heat to see anything we can.

THE FLEXIBILITY AND WILLINGNES OF THAT AGENCY IS APPALLING! Already having a bad experience even before the departure. Due to my work schedule I need to catch the flight to Antalya from Oslo instead of Brno. Of course the expenses for the flight from Oslo was on me and I didnt get any refund for the cancelled flight from Brno. (Still okay with me). I am supposed to arrive a bit earlier than the flight from Brno, therefore I was ready to wait for that flight and join the group for a transfer to my hotel. However, the flight from Brno was postpone by 12 hours (not convinient for that group either because they lost 1 whole day of their holiday without explanation or refund) anyway, that means I would have to wait at Antalya airport for the transfer for more than 12 hours. I asked the agency if I can join the other group which goes to that hotel during the day and I was told that during whole day, there is no group going to that hotel. The only option is to purchase private transfer for another €100!! DO NOT TELL ME THAT NONE FROM YOUR EUROPIAN AGENCY IS NOT GOING TO OLEANDER HOTEL DURING FRIDAY 🙃 not that stupid to believe that. I am gonna investigate, whether you lie to your clients or not. Anyway, thanks a lot for your hospitality.
