I'm thrilled with the dental practice. Dr. Dekert is very competent and, above all, very patient. All my questions were answered professionally, and concerns were taken seriously. The team was also very friendly and pleasant. I had a teeth cleaning, x-rays, and impressions taken. A problem with my dentures was also resolved. The practice itself is pleasantly furnished, and the waiting room is attractively designed. Unlike my old dentist, there was hardly any wait time. I've been looking for a dental practice where I feel well cared for for a long time, and I will definitely continue to be treated there. Even though Braunfels is a bit of a long drive for me, it's worth the trip. 5 stars and a definite thumbs up! 🙂👍

Well, what can I say... simply the best dentist I've ever had. Super friendly, she explains the next steps very clearly, empathetic, and exudes calm yet directness. The staff is very friendly and competent, and the practice is very tidy and perfectly clean. Definitely recommended. Please keep up the good work, and if there were more stars, I would have given them immediately.

A very good practice that I can highly recommend. Even difficult patients like myself (with a strong gag reflex) are treated with exceptional sensitivity!
