The service is abysmal and outrageous. The ticket machine is unfortunately frequently broken – like tonight (7:40/7:45 pm). The service representative rudely asked me if I couldn't use another machine and told me to search all the floors for one before he would help (loudly! … when I pointed out that he could be more polite, he said, "No, why bother?!"). On my second call (10 minutes later), he asked if I was too stupid to use another machine, inquired about my entry time, and told me to pay the displayed amount. When I pointed out that the machine was still displaying "please remove ticket," even though there was no ticket in it, he snapped at me to go to the barrier and give the password "coffee." Another argument ensued at the barrier… Exiting took 20 minutes! Incidentally, urine is running down the walls in the stairwell – and the smell is correspondingly awful. Unfortunately, the area is in very poor condition regarding cleanliness and safety, to put it mildly. There are considerable safety concerns, especially when alone in the evenings or at night. Women's parking spaces and "catchy parking rates" don't help in this regard!

Not recommended; you're not given any time to orient yourself within the parking garage and its surroundings to ensure you've chosen the right one. For me, it was too far to walk. So I wanted to drive straight back out and then had to pay €1.50.

The barrier on the right has been broken for days, so everyone has to reverse out. The stairwell smells strongly of urine; unfortunately, you have to use it to pay, as the machines are only available on the ground floor. There's no machine at the bridge. Even though it's 2021 and the parking garage is still quite new, only cash payments are accepted. The electric vehicle charging stations don't have charging points, only a power outlet. The location and access are very good, so I'm giving it 3 stars.
