Dr. Kundlatsch is very friendly and takes the necessary time. You feel like you're being taken seriously.

I've always been satisfied. I was welcomed without any problems after moving to Ockershausen. It's always possible to drop in spontaneously during office hours, and the waiting times have always been reasonable.

Based on a recommendation, I visited the practice for the first time today. I was thrilled! The medical assistants were incredibly friendly and finally made me feel relaxed and not overwhelmed by the patients. This had been lost with my previous GP and his assistants over the years. This is just my personal impression, and I don't mean to diminish their dedication. My first encounter with Dr. Kundlatsch confirmed what I had experienced in the waiting room. He was incredibly friendly, approachable, and a good listener! I felt very comfortable and well cared for! I wanted to express my gratitude, even though it was just for a vaccination, and I'm all the more pleased that I've now found a new GP practice for myself!
