I've already been a patient at the Kirchen Medical Center (MVZ Kirchen) with Dr. Karl. I initially tried to find a doctor closer to home where I felt well cared for, but without success. This morning, I walked for 1.5 hours through snow and ice to get to the practice, and I don't regret a single step! Simple, everyday things are explained, probably for the thousandth time, with a patience that is simply reassuring. You can ask questions calmly and receive thorough answers. You don't feel like just a number being processed, and I think that's so important, especially in that dreaded chair! I can't agree with previous reviews regarding the receptionists; I have the utmost respect for them, as they endure that constant ringing of the phone alone – I think that's truly remarkable! Thank you for your work; keep it up!

I have been a patient of Dr. Scholl for several years and value her as an extremely competent, dedicated, and empathetic gynecologist. In my opinion, the medical care provided by Dr. Scholl is outstanding. It is all the more regrettable, therefore, that I (and my acquaintances) have repeatedly had very negative experiences with the reception staff – particularly with one older employee. I find this woman's behavior unfriendly, disrespectful, and in no way patient-oriented. Her tone is often brusque and sometimes personally derogatory, which I consider extremely inappropriate. Since I frequently have to attend appointments at your practice due to illness, I regularly find myself in this situation. Every visit is associated with unnecessary stress, caused solely by the way the receptionist treats me. Such behavior is unacceptable to me and stands in stark contrast to Dr. Scholl's high professional and personal standards. I find it very unfortunate that an otherwise excellent practice leaves such a negative impression due to the reception team's conduct.

I was previously a patient of Dr. Scholl for several years and am currently being treated by Dr. Karl. Therefore, I can assess both of them based on my own experience. Both have done an excellent job so far and have always answered all my questions kindly and politely. They have also provided thorough explanations. I feel completely comfortable in this practice and am always greeted warmly and respectfully. I also feel very comfortable with Dr. Karl, even though I've never had a male gynecologist before. Not a single "uncomfortable" situation has arisen with him. And he makes you feel like you're not just a patient being rushed through. Regarding the practice staff: The reception is always staffed, you can always reach someone on the phone, and even urgent cases (as a patient) are taken seriously, handled competently, and referred to the doctors. It's legitimate and, in my opinion, completely understandable that the staff might sometimes be busy, given the number of patients. So far, I've only seen two women constantly moving around or on the phone! Perhaps some of you should ask yourselves whether, given the responses you received, you hadn't asked a corresponding question or made a corresponding demand. The fact is, a little more leniency and understanding would be very appropriate here, because even as a patient, there are rules about how you should behave. I can only reiterate how completely satisfied I am and hope that the team remains exactly the same for a long time to come!
