The secretary (Ms. Hechler) was extremely unfriendly. I've rarely experienced anything like that. Furthermore, I felt my concerns weren't taken seriously. This was my last visit.

I went there to have a lump on my elbow checked out. Mr. Hechler only palpated it; he didn't perform an ultrasound or anything similar to make a diagnosis. In short: I have to look for another doctor who will take this matter seriously. Very disappointing.

Super nice and competent, not just Dr. Hechler personally, but the entire team. They don't necessarily push you into surgery, but also offer excellent treatment with other methods. I'd be happy to come back.
