Unfortunately, I can only give one star – even though our case was decided in our favor. However, I found the interpersonal interaction very difficult. I felt a lack of empathy; I often had the impression that the lawyer was rather annoyed by the sheer number of divorces she handled. What I found particularly problematic was that, in conversations, not only names but also personal information about other clients – such as the reasons for and timing of their divorces – were mentioned. I consider this completely unprofessional. Furthermore, appointments frequently started late, and overall, we didn't feel comfortable. The entire process dragged on unnecessarily, and the interaction was extremely stressful for us. What a shame!
