We had an accident with our campervan on the A3 motorway. It was towed away without any problems. The next day we were able to collect our belongings, completed all the paperwork without any issues, and started our journey home in a rental car. Always friendly service, would gladly use them again, but under different circumstances! 😉

I had to be towed after a flat tire. The service was arranged through the ADAC (German Automobile Club). Contact with the towing company was extremely friendly and competent. I received assistance within one hour. Both the tow truck driver and the telephone operator deserve high praise. As promised by the ADAC, the operator at the dispatch center contacted me within five minutes of my call, and the operator on the tow truck contacted me five minutes before arriving at my location. Both were very friendly and courteous, and my car was handled with great care.
