I am sharing my personal experience and opinion here. This experience deeply disturbed me, as I have never encountered such dismissive behavior before. In my opinion, this dentist has a very unpleasant and burdensome manner. She appears friendly on the outside, but to me, it felt like a facade. As long as everything goes her way, she is pleasant to deal with. However, as soon as things don't go her way, I found her arrogant, manipulative, and unhelpful. My statements were misrepresented, making me feel untrustworthy. This was very hurtful. In my view, money is more important to her than the patient. She failed to impress me professionally; I personally got the impression that she lacks expertise or doesn't apply it appropriately. As a result, I have completely lost trust. I would like to expressly commend the staff: They are very friendly and helpful. In my opinion, they are not responsible for the dentist's behavior. I will never go to this practice again!

I've been a patient of Emma Bruch's practice since she took it over, and I immediately had a major issue to resolve. Ms. Bruch explained each step clearly, and the result speaks for itself! I am and always have been satisfied with this practice; the entire team is very friendly and helpful. No waiting times and competent treatment!

This dentist (Dr. Bruch) has chosen her profession perfectly, true to her calling. Her primary focus is on preserving teeth. I found that important; she takes the time to explain everything. She also puts people like me at ease about treatments. I can highly recommend her!
