I called their people in Göttingen for entsorgung service. They charged me 450€ and asked me to pay in cash. I waited for a rechnung but I never received one. Then when I called them to ask for rechnung they used very bad abhsive language against me and non-stop cursed me. It was as if I did something wrong by asking for a bill. And of course here I am without any bill and without any explanation and also listening to their bad language which I never had heard iall my life yet. Stay away from them and thank me later.
