Today, I wanted to pick up two bouquets of flowers for tomorrow's International Women's Day. Since I was out with my toddler and initially only found a dog in the flower shop, I asked the woman with the tattooed hands outside if the dog was safe. She replied that the dog had nothing against children, but it did have something against men. Despite the harsh tone, I initially took it as a joke. However, it soon became clear that the woman had no intention of serving me. She claimed she couldn't take an order for tomorrow, but could only make one bouquet today and sell it to me. Then suddenly she changed her mind. When I said that I would like two bouquets and would pick them up tomorrow at 9 a.m. if possible, she became demonstratively annoyed. Overall, her demeanor struck me as very dismissive. Apparently, it was a problem that I had arrived shortly before closing time (I was there over 1.5 hours before the shop closed). I then ordered the bouquets from another flower shop in Pohlheim, where I received very friendly service.

A wonderful shop with a wonderful owner. She only needs a little information to create beautiful bouquets and arrangements for any occasion. The flowers are always fresh and last a very long time. She is very friendly and competent. The prices are good and fair. I love going there.
