The practice is small and clean. The staff is friendly. The dental team is competent. Parking is available. Appointments can only be made by phone. Even our young children feel very comfortable here. The combination of everything, plus the fact that there are virtually no waiting times, makes this practice our number one choice. I can't understand the sometimes very negative reviews, as our experience has been completely different.

The staff was friendly, but the dentist was less so. It was my first time there to have a cement filling replaced. Only after the local anesthetic was administered was I told I would have to pay for the filling. I checked with the KZV (German Dental Insurance Association), which stated that the dentist should have offered me a written alternative to cover the costs (additional cost agreement for fillings, Section 28 of the Social Code Book 5). I hope I've stated that correctly. Unfortunately, I didn't receive it. I was naive...now I know more. Therefore, I can't give a positive review.

I absolutely do not recommend this dentist. During a routine wound treatment, he poked around wildly in the wound, causing me even more pain. He then took an X-ray. My conclusion: he's only after my money and is incompetent.
