Today we went there for dinner with a group of about 30 people. We had made a reservation and submitted our menu choices beforehand. Everything went perfectly, the food arrived very quickly, and after an hour everyone was satisfied and full. Everything tasted wonderful, and the pizza was, as always, very crispy. We'll definitely be back.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Simply incredible – and I really mean that! We had a pinsa, a rump steak, and various appetizers, and everything was excellent – but what was truly sensational was the service. They were so incredibly wonderful that we felt like we were visiting close friends. Friendly, warm, attentive – simply perfect. The entire experience was on a level you usually only see in movies. This city could consist of nothing more than this restaurant – and it would still be worth the trip. A huge compliment – we will definitely be back!
What on earth was going on? I ordered six pizzas over a week in advance and received confirmation! On Saturday, I even called to confirm the order again: six pizzas for 6:45 PM! A friend went to pick up the pizzas... and had to wait for over an hour! Is that normal? He paid immediately... and then waited and waited. In the meantime, other customers came and picked up their pizzas! After he asked again if he/we had been forgotten, if the pizzas were being made, etc., he was told "immediately" and "right away"... they were very busy. Eventually, after asking again, they said the pizzas were in the oven and it would take another 15 minutes! At that point, he went outside to catch his breath and, understandably, vent his frustration! Shortly after, and after asking again how much longer it would be, he was finally asked: "Oh, you want the pizzas... I'll let the kitchen know." - Excuse me?! He wasn't even offered anything to drink! If this is normal practice, then "good night" - I/we can't say a single good word about this restaurant. We can understand that if it's busy, it might take a little longer, but over an hour??? This is incomprehensible to us, and we are very interested in your feedback.
