Initially, I was mostly satisfied with this practice, but this changed over the years. The waiting times there became longer. Dr. Bell is a very nice and funny person. Unfortunately, this doesn't apply to all of the dental assistants employed there; one particular person during professional teeth cleaning was quite annoying and pushy. In any case, after switching practices, I was surprised by how much less waiting time and hassle a dental appointment can be. Several people I know have also switched practices for similar reasons.

I feel very well cared for and comfortable in this practice. All the staff are incredibly friendly. Dr. Schäfer is my new favorite dentist. She is patient, friendly, always explains things clearly, and takes her time with her patients. Many thanks to the practice!

From the moment you walk in, you feel at ease; there's no rush, just a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The dentist explains every step clearly and works very carefully.
