I booked an aromatherapy massage and I was thrilled. The masseuse was very friendly, explained everything to me at the beginning, and then told me she would be quiet from then on so I could fully relax. And that worked perfectly – exactly what I wanted. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment.

I received a voucher for a Swiss pine vitality ceremony for Christmas and redeemed it at the beginning of January. The cleanliness, the masseuse Snezana, and the treatment itself were all perfectly fine. The treatment was pleasant and I enjoyed it. Unfortunately, there's definitely room for improvement in the overall experience. After the relaxing Swiss pine bath, my hair was wet, and with an outside temperature of minus five degrees Celsius, there was no way to dry it on-site. When I asked at reception, I was told there was no hairdryer and that I should ask downstairs at the swimming pool if I could exceptionally dry my hair there. I found this very inconvenient and not very customer-friendly. At the swimming pool reception, I practically had to beg the receptionists to let me briefly dry my hair, which they eventually allowed. While doing so, I was stared at by both the other pool guests and the staff, which made for a very awkward situation. I was almost ready to offer money just to be allowed to quickly dry my hair there. Additionally, valuables couldn't be locked away during the treatment but had to be left out in the open in the bathtub area, on the chair or table. The room wasn't lockable. Theoretically, anyone could have accessed it, which left me with an uneasy feeling. A locker or a sign reminding guests to take their valuables into the massage room during their treatment would have been helpful. In summary: The treatment itself was good and relaxing, but the organization and facilities need improvement. With a few small upgrades, the overall experience could be significantly enhanced. If I book another treatment, I would bring my own hairdryer if they don't add one, as there were power outlets available.
