Once again, I was very disappointed. I was supposed to pick up 20 rolls for the barbecue shortly after 5:00. I got to the bakery and could only buy 10 because they didn't have any more. And if you look at what I got for that price, it's abysmal (Simon on the right) 😉 I won't mention the other bakery where I got my remaining 10 rolls.

My husband bought an Eifel country bread last Saturday in Mengerskirchen. We were at the lake in our camper van and then drove straight on. If I had seen the bread beforehand, I would have returned it. It was baked to a pale color and was sliced ​​upon request. That's when it should have been obvious that it was no good. It was basically a pale lump of dough. And kind of crumbly. It was gummy and stuck together in my mouth. Unfortunately, it was inedible. This is not the kind of bread you expect when you buy it from a bakery. Even worse than from a discount supermarket! We're from the Limburg area. I already wanted to write something about the rolls, which also left much to be desired. The bread, however, was fantastic. Unfortunately, I have to give it one star.

The saleswoman is friendly. The sandwiches are good.
