We regularly have a coffee in the restaurant after shopping. However, charging 20 cents for using the coffee machine is outrageous. It's completely unacceptable given the uncleanliness.

The pretzel was unfortunately disappointing. Instead of being crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside, it was dry and hard – more like a snack pastry than a fresh pretzel from a bakery.

A very pleasant atmosphere and friendly service. The employee was helpful and gave me excellent advice on my selection. The baked goods were fresh and of very good quality. A bakery I would gladly recommend.
