I was there today, unfortunately I didn't catch the employee's name. She was quite unfriendly and very patronizing. As a customer, I don't need to be told about every single coffee variety, especially since I didn't ask. She made a comment about every little thing, which was simply unnecessary. Even when I asked for the rolls to be individually wrapped, I received a curt reply that they were all individually wrapped anyway because the bags were small. My boss would have told her long ago that it's time to do more work and talk less. This woman really needs customer service training.

I love coming here with my wife to enjoy the excellent baked goods from the Müller bakery in northern Hesse. The bread, which still tastes good after three days, is especially amazing! Special mention goes to the always friendly and courteous team behind the counter. Here, people enjoy what they do and make us feel welcome. Today, I was at this bakery again with my wife for breakfast when the following happened: A little boy and his even younger sister came in and wanted to buy something. The obligatory Burgwald chestnuts were handed to the children before they placed their orders. A great gesture from the bakery! Then they placed their orders (actually without words, just with finger pointing). The sale went perfectly. The boy paid with a 20-euro note and received the change and receipt in a bakery bag for his mother to keep the money from getting lost. I'm absolutely thrilled with such professionalism in a bakery. Great staff!
