It was my first time at Ayten's Studio and I was extremely satisfied. I had my eyebrows plucked and tinted, as well as my eyelashes. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction. I had questions about my facial skin regarding a pimple on my forehead, but I was honestly told to go to a dermatologist to get it checked out. What more could you ask for? Thank you so much for the pleasant time I had with you; I will definitely be back.

Very unprofessional. I arrived on time for my appointment, and then I was told it had been earlier, at 10:30 a.m., which wasn't agreed upon. As you can see in the (pictured) chat, I didn't even receive an apology (since she obviously made a mistake). That would have been the least I expected. I would describe this woman as rude and arrogant. Never again.

The work she does is fantastic! She works very cleanly and professionally. I've never had anything to complain about! :)
