If there were ten stars, even that wouldn't be enough! I'm speechless at how incredibly helpful the people there are. This evening, around seven o'clock on a bank holiday, we found ourselves on the B54 with a flat tire. All the shops were closed and the ADAC couldn't be reached when I googled and saw that ATR24 was open until 8 p.m. I called and got a really friendly and helpful person on the line. I explained the problem and forty minutes later Ibrahim arrived, dismantled the broken wheel, took it back to the workshop, put a new tire on the rim and came back. So I did a 27km trip for him four times, at 7 or 8 p.m. on a bank holiday when he certainly had better things to do in the evening. And all at a more than fair price!!! Thank you so much again, Ibrahim, our savior in times of need! The world needs people like you!!! A clear recommendation!
