Absolute scammers! I offered my car for sale here, which I more than regret! I don't understand why companies like this are even allowed to operate. They offered me a ridiculously low price for my car and talked down its value. When I refused, the buyer became aggressive and insulting. Honestly, I've never experienced anything like it! In the end, I sold my car very well to a new dealer outside of Wetzlar. Never, ever again! Thumbs down. One star is too much!

An extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience. After visiting the dealership, I was shocked by the actual condition of the vehicles. Several cars appeared to be in very poor, neglected condition. Repairs seemed makeshift and unprofessional, and defects appeared to be concealed rather than properly addressed. This in no way met the expectations raised by the online advertisements. The personal interaction was particularly jarring. Instead of objective answers or transparent explanations, my comments and critical questions were met with aggression and disrespect. The conversation escalated very quickly, becoming chaotic and intimidating. At no point did I feel taken seriously or treated with respect as a customer. Overall, I was left with an extremely unprofessional impression: a lack of professionalism, no trustworthy advice, and a tone that, in my opinion, is unacceptable. Buying a car requires trust – and this was completely absent here. After this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership at all.

I absolutely cannot recommend this car dealership. I bought my first car there almost a year ago and intended to keep it for a while since I'm still in vocational training and just wanted a beginner's car. We looked at the car and took it for a test drive, and everything seemed fine. Two days later, we went to pick it up. That's when I saw a scratch that had been deliberately put there. I don't know if it came from the dealership or someone else. At least I drove the car for about six months and spent more on repairs than it actually cost to buy. Furthermore, I was completely ripped off. I was told everything was registered, but I found out that the tires I have are from 2014 and the rims aren't registered, even though I was assured they were. So, I have registered BMW rims even though I haven't driven a BMW. Please, never buy a car there; you'll just be ripped off and cheated!
