I've been extremely satisfied with the service, the work on my car, and the communication both on the phone and in person at the workshop. Whether it's the car that won't start/the battery is dead or the MOT needs to be done (preferably yesterday), everything has been perfect – I'd definitely recommend it!

My car was towed to this garage by the ADAC (German Automobile Club) tow truck without prior notice (at my request). The car had previously lost power and the glow plug indicator light was flashing. I received immediate assistance (even though the official opening time was 20 minutes later) by having the diagnostic tool connected. This revealed a possible problem with the turbocharger. The car remained at the garage. Two days later, I was informed that I could pick up the car. My initial fear that the entire turbocharger would need replacing proved unfounded. Only a hose had been damaged by a marten. In my opinion, the garage diagnosed this problem very quickly and repaired it for a reasonable price. I am very satisfied with the service at this garage and can wholeheartedly recommend it.
