I bought a headlight there, but I didn't have it installed right away because the repair shop was closed due to the coronavirus. After I called the Kaplan salesperson and told him the headlight wasn't working, he told me they had a 14-day return policy and that he could have simply exchanged the headlight, as they had to make exceptions during the coronavirus pandemic. I'll never buy anything there again.
