Everything is perfect. The staff is knowledgeable, competent, and friendly. The doctors are skilled and explain every step of the examination. I feel well cared for there.

I have been a patient at this practice for many years now (since Artemis took it over) and there has never been a reason to be dissatisfied. After my two cataract surgeries, I have to visit the practice more frequently, and I must say that the staff and doctors are always courteous and very competent. They always go to great lengths because, after all, it's about nothing less than our eyesight.

Subject: Complaint about inappropriate treatment and unprofessional conduct – Artemis Eye Clinic Herborn Dear Sir/Madam, Dear Clinic Management, I hereby submit a formal complaint regarding the appointment I attended at your facility with my daughter. The visit took place with one of your ophthalmologists. During the examination, several situations arose that were extremely distressing and unacceptable for us as patients. Particularly irritating and hurtful was the doctor's statement to my daughter that she "couldn't see anything" and "needed a cane to walk." This phrasing was not only insensitive but also completely inappropriate, especially when dealing with a young person. Furthermore, in our opinion, the necessary examination was not performed correctly or completely. Instead of conducting a professional diagnosis, my daughter was merely advised to have her eyes tested by an optician. This does not meet the medical standards one would expect in a specialized eye clinic.
