I'm a repeat and enthusiastic participant in fasting retreats. I enjoy fasting in a group, doing sports, hiking, and excursions together. The fasting retreat location is in the heart of the Nuthe-Nieplitz Nature Park, near Blankensee, which offers breathtaking views from its boardwalk, is home to fascinating wildlife, and provides spectacular sunsets. This was my second time participating for a week of fasting (according to Buchinger), and all my expectations were met. A super friendly group, excellent professional health support even beyond the actual fast! Massages and sauna visits are available upon request.
