Worst experience!! I came here because they advertise online that they speak English. when I got to the front desk, the receptionist told me I need to get an ultrasound which will cost 50€ cash. I told her i don't need an ultrasound in my case and I don't have cash. she told me everyone has to get an ultrasound and I could only see the doctor if I pay 50€ in cash. I had to go to an ATM and get 50€ and come back. I paid the receptionist then waited over 1 hour even though I had an appointment. the doctor saw me and then gave me the prescription I needed and I left. he never even did the "required" ultrasound that I paid 50€ for???? and they didn't even speak English, I had to use translation on my phone for everything.

Very nice receptionist and doctor. The doctor speaks German, Russian and if I'm not mistaken, also Serbian. He doesn't speak English, but the receptionist offered to translate for one of the patients. The waiting time was longer than I expected as I did have an appointment (waited an extra hour), but this is because the doctor is taking in lots of new patients from Ukraine. Very good experience, my issue was sorted out very quickly.

I definitely DO NOT recommend to go here if you’re pregnant. Since it’s my first pregnancy, I didn’t know what to expect, but with time it became more and more clear that things were not right. I was constantly chasing the doctor regarding taking my blood pressure and urine tests, which are common throughout pregnancy. However, in the long time I was a patient there, I had my blood pressure taken ONCE, not a single urine test was done, and I was weighed only once after I insisted to the doctor I should be weighed. He finally agreed but said I should be weighing myself at home anyway?? What kind of response is that? Additionally, Dr. Popow‘s wife is extremely rude (both to the nice receptionist and to patients), and often you have to wait 1.5 hours or more even with an appointment. To top it off, they made me pay 50€ for every single ultrasound, and at my new doctor (I’m SO happy I switched to a proper doctor) I have not had to pay a cent for anything (ultrasound and blood tests). So please don’t come here if you want to enjoy your pregnancy and keep your sanity. There are much better doctors in this building complex who will be happy to care for you and do so in a professional manner.
