I had previously called all over Giessen and Marburg trying to make an appointment for my thyroid. I was repeatedly turned away. I emailed the doctor in Herborn that same day; I didn't want to call because I'd already been on the phone all day and my hopes were very low. I received an email back within the hour and an appointment three days later. Everything went perfectly at the doctor's office, and I felt comfortable there. No one was unfriendly. I found it incredibly straightforward and would highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, I got an appointment with a very unfriendly doctor who didn't take me seriously at all, didn't examine me, and sent me home saying, "You're too young, you probably don't have anything."

Are the receptionists even aware that their unfriendly behavior is damaging the reputation of the entire practice? The doctors don't deserve this. They are very competent. Dr. Börgmann and Dr. Schneider have been treating us for many years. We're willing to put up with a lot. A simple "good morning" upon entering the practice should be standard practice. It's a real shame.
