She was assigned to me as my lawyer through my legal expenses insurance. According to my insurance, two letters would be covered in this case. After she sent the first letter to the opposing party, she forwarded me the other lawyer's reply eight days after the opposing party received it. I was then told to contact my legal expenses insurance company to proceed. She stated that, as far as she was concerned, the case was closed and the insurance company could not retain her services. I've now been left with even more expenses than before. No explanation was given as to why this wasn't possible. I've felt much better served by other lawyers in the past.
