I am extremely disappointed with this seller. The delivered mattresses are of abysmal quality: The springs are clearly noticeable, press painfully through when lying down, and render the mattresses practically unusable. This has nothing to do with "personal comfort" but is simply inadequate padding and poor workmanship. Even worse is the subsequent handling: Emails appear not to have been processed correctly, so supposedly no data was available. Only after multiple back-and-forths was the issue even located. Instead of a solution, they then referred to supposedly expired deadlines and attempted to dismiss an obvious quality defect as a "subjective feeling." Customer service seems disorganized, evasive, and not solution-oriented. Responsibility is passed around instead of seriously addressing the problem. Conclusion: Very poor product quality and even worse customer service. I would definitely not buy from them again and strongly advise against it.

Absolutely outrageous!!! We ordered a pocket spring mattress, and when it arrived, it was rock hard. You could feel every single spring. Because of this, we requested a return and wanted the mattress picked up, as it was far too big and the springs were much too hard to roll up again. After two months, we sent the mattress ourselves because we received an email from Albatros suggesting we could roll it up, wrap it in painter's plastic, and secure it with duct tape. We did exactly as they suggested, but a few days later, the mattress was returned to us in the same condition we had sent it. Albatros had refused to accept it.

My experience with this retailer has been absolutely positive. We ordered an item through Amazon and unfortunately had to file a complaint. The complaint was processed within a few days, and we received our money back. Therefore, we have high praise for this company.
